Luka Dremelj

Luka is CEO of Erento, Europe’s biggest online rental marketplace. He was responsible for the digital transformation and restructuring of the company, making it highly profitable, agile, remote and up to speed with the latest technological trends. He established a strong company culture and a data driven mindset. His focus areas are Finance, BI, Product & Development and HR.

Before joining Erento, Luka worked for A.T. Kearney and had his own startup focused on online PR distribution.

He studied finance at Queens School of Business and Faculty of Economics Ljubljana and is currently doing an executive master’s in digital innovation and entrepreneurial leadership on ESCP Europe.

Luka was a professional athlete and competed for Slovenian national rowing team. He is a big sports enthusiast, some of his favorite sports are kitesurfing, freediving, skiing, climbing and running. Luka loves traveling and sailing. He is especially passionate about negotiations, company culture, leadership and behavioral psychology.
