Russmedia Equity Partners Est. (RMEP) have acquired a 51% stake in calimoto, the world-leading community and navigation app for motorcyclists. All three founders – Sebastian Dambeck, Luca Osten und Hans Allenfort – stay on board as managing directors and shareholders, while all other shareholders have exited the company.

Founded in 2016 in Berlin, calimoto quickly became not only the most used app for motorcyclists in Germany, but also the world leader for navigation apps in its field with over 600m ridden kilometers.
